After composing for cinema, theater, rap, and French chanson, Gabriel Legeleux, also known as Superpoze, reconnects with his dialogue with electronic and instrumental music.

He expands his intimate and singular body of work with a third album that is dense and expansive, where strings, flutes, and choirs join his trusted synthesizers, pianos, and percussion.

The album was recorded and mixed by Sylvain de Barbeyrac in Paris at Pigalle and Motorbass studios, then mastered by Joe LaPorta at Sterling Sound in New York.

“Nova Cardinale feels more like a world than a narrative. A place made of sounds in which one can find a path, get lost, or remain still and observe the surroundings. It’s an album where the tracks live on a large scale, stretching from intimacy to grandeur. An album with depth and vanishing points.
