In the music industry, direct-to-fan is the equivalent of short circuit in food. It's like buying fruits and vegetables directly from the producer.

Like the short food circuit, the direct-to-fan purchase guarantees fairer remuneration for artists and labels (about 75% of a direct-to-fan sale goes to the producer), allowing them to sustain the development of their artistic projects.

The number of intermediaries is reduced to a minimum and transport costs, as well as the associated CO2 emissions, are optimized.

This new direct sales channel also makes it possible to fill cultural deserts and to receive your disc on the day of its official release thanks to pre-orders.

In summary, as soon as the Direct-to-fan tag appears, it means that we are the only intermediary between the artists / labels and yourself.

Description

Hailing from Choisy-le-Roi, Jeune Morty is a French-Ivorian artist whose music is built at the crossroads of cultures and energies. It's ever-present at home, playing tracks by Alpha Blondy, Ismaël Isaac, Meiway, Arafat, and Youles International. Influenced as much by African music as by the television of his childhood, particularly Disney Channel theme songs, Jeune Morty has developed a sonic universe he describes as both Olympian and magical. His rich, instinctive voice oscillates between shouts, singing, and rapping, guided by the energy of the moment rather than the pursuit of perfection. For him, music must remain organic and evoke an inner movement in the listener. Founder of the JetSetFarot label, Jeune Morty pays homage to the Ivorian jet set and its cultural heritage, especially its unifying role during the 2002 civil war. Musically, he draws from both American rap and a broader, more visceral conception of sound. He also acknowledges a major influence from the Chicago scene, which he associates more with rock than drill: a music of rage, pain, and freedom shouted into the microphone. Young Morty defines himself as an eternal rookie, refusing stagnation and constantly striving to evolve. The word "Young" in his name embodies this desire to remain in motion, while "Morty" echoes the character from Rick and Morty, a symbol of immediacy, euphoria, and relentless energy. Driven by the urgency to create, he primarily projects himself into the studio, working on the next bullet the world will take at his hands. Young Morty Vol. 1 already breathes its lifeblood.
