In the music industry, direct-to-fan is the equivalent of short circuit in food. It's like buying fruits and vegetables directly from the producer.

Like the short food circuit, the direct-to-fan purchase guarantees fairer remuneration for artists and labels (about 75% of a direct-to-fan sale goes to the producer), allowing them to sustain the development of their artistic projects.

The number of intermediaries is reduced to a minimum and transport costs, as well as the associated CO2 emissions, are optimized.

This new direct sales channel also makes it possible to fill cultural deserts and to receive your disc on the day of its official release thanks to pre-orders.

To which countries do you deliver?

We ship worldwide, however some products may have territorial restrictions. Please do not hesitate to contact us in order to find out how to obtain the products that are not available for purchase in your territory.

How do I know if my order is being processed?

Can you guarantee delivery on a specific date?

Is there a discount if the amount of my order is important?

Is it possible to withdraw my order directly from your offices?

On-site withdrawal is not possible yet.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

Our general conditions as well as those of the banking establishments attached to our platform, Stripe and PayPal, stipulate that when placing an order, the delivery address must be identical to the postal address registered in the Stripe or PayPal account used for the payment. Thus, any change of address must be subject to an order cancellation, then a new order with the two identical addresses.

Why ? : In case of a dispute, Stripe, like PayPal, will close any claim against us due to the mismatch of the delivery addresses.

What happens when I combine in my cart both a product available in stock and a pre-order product?

In this case, you pay two separate shipping costs. The product in stock is shipped directly and the pre-ordered product on the date indicated on the product info sheet.

Can I add products to an already validated order?

What happens if my payment by credit card is not validated?

In this case, the first thing to do is to contact your bank. It is possible and frequent for banks to block payments made on-line to other continents (e.g., An order placed from the United States to a French platform)

A simple explanation of your intentions to purchase products from our site will allow your bank to unblock this payment.

What happens if an order has been misplaced by the transportation service?

Sofyann Ben Youssef AKA Ammar808 is the mastermind behind the critically acclaimed albums « Maghreb United » and « Global Control / Invisible Invasion », not forgetting the late project Bargou08.

Before setting base camp in Denmark, he travelled a singular journey that made him the godfather of the Tunisian alternative and electronic scene. Bred as a musicologist in the corridors of Tunis’ Music Institute, he specializes in Arabic and Indian music. As an avid listener, he strives for bridges between oriental and occidental music. This thirst for yet unheard musical blends led him to settle in Vienna, then Brussels, where he met Anana, vocalist and guitarist of the Touareg Band Kel Assouf. Sofyann produced their albums and joined the live band, bringing his sub-harmonic Moog Bass to the Desert Blues cocktail.

He now operates his own mothership studio in Kjellerup, Denmark, where he works as a composer, producer, sound engineer and music production teacher.
