That same year, he founded Hi-Rise Records, one of New York City's premier independent underground hip-hop labels. Bridging the gap between the streets and the industry, Hi-Rise Records became known for its authentic lyricism and uncompromising production. The label released the first official recording by Immortal Technique and went on to release acclaimed underground recordings featuring Talib Kweli, Esoteric, The Last Emperor, and other influential artists.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eHip-Hop Enterprise now proudly presents a project with previously unreleased recordings from DJ Madsol Desar and Krumbsnatcha.
