Né à Daoukro, au centre de la Côte d'Ivoire dans le District des Lacs, il arrive en France à l’âge de trois ans. Très tôt, son environnement familial joue un rôle déterminant dans sa sensibilité artistique : la musique est omniprésente à la maison, entre réunions familiales et trajets en voiture rythmés par Alpha Blondy, Ismaël Isaac, Meiway, Arafat ou encore Youles International. Cette curation musicale éclectique forge chez lui une ouverture et un refus instinctif des frontières artistiques.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eC’est entre 2019 et 2021 que Jeune Morty fait ses premiers pas dans la musique, après avoir été encouragé à aller en studio par le grand frère d’un ami, séduit par ses freestyles. Dès le départ, la musique apparaît pour lui comme un exutoire et un moyen de rester connecté à ses origines ivoiriennes tout en exprimant son vécu en Occident.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eInfluencé autant par la musique africaine que par l’imaginaire télévisuel de son enfance, notamment les génériques de Disney Channel, Jeune Morty développe un univers sonore qu’il décrit comme olympique et féérique. Sa voix ample et instinctive, oscille entre cris, chant et rap, guidée par l’énergie du moment plutôt que par la recherche de la perfection. Pour lui, la musique doit rester organique et provoquer un mouvement intérieur chez l’auditeur.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSes premiers morceaux circulent sur SoundCloud entre 2022 et 2023. Il enchaîne plusieurs projets : SUMMXR MOOD, Ghetto Youth, ILUVMORTY, qu’il considère comme des « tirs de sommation » : des sorties parfois plus niches, pensées pour habituer l’oreille à de nouvelles fréquences et affirmer une liberté créative totale.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCette phase d’exploration se prolonge avec Sublime Text. Un projet SoundCloud plus expérimental, perçu comme un moment charnière où il affine et impose sa propre cadence. Fin 2023, il remplit la Boule Noire, confirmant l’écho grandissant de cette trajectoire souterraine. En décembre 2024, il dévoile En Attendant Eponyme, EP conçu comme un sas avant le saut, porté notamment par « Dent », morceau qui change à tout jamais sa carrière. Avec sa production addictive, son clip rappelant les années 2010 et l’attitude désenchantée de Jeune Morty, le single crée immédiatement l’attente de toute une communauté.\u003cbr\u003eAvec plusieurs singles poursuivant la lignée de l’EP à coups de visuels marquants, il annonce sa première mixtape : Eponyme. Composé de 15 titres, ce projet se veut un manifeste personnel : un recueil de toutes ses énergies, un diamant longtemps enfoui qu’il choisit enfin de dévoiler.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eVoyant sa musique comme un dialogue entre ses propres émotions, Jeune Morty se définit comme un rookie éternel, refusant la stagnation et cherchant sans cesse à évoluer. Le terme « Jeune » dans son nom incarne cette volonté de rester en mouvement, tandis que « Morty » fait écho au personnage de Rick and Morty, symbole d’instantanéité, d’euphorie et d’absence de répit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAmbitionnant une émancipation à l’échelle internationale, Jeune Morty considère la France comme le premier bagage de son voyage artistique.
